Year 307 by the sun calendar. Humanity is on the edge of extinction.
Three hundred years ago the end came for our civilization.
Natural disasters, escaping from the abysses of hell, like a hurricane, like a tsunami, like a storm, bit into our world and distorted the shape of the planet.
Humanity should have become completely extinct, but, because of the good fortune of a miracle and a handful of heroes, humans overcame the catastrophe.
Weather towers, created for prediction and control of nature, went out of control. Humans lost majority of their territory and were forced to take cover and reside in small city-states.
The planet withered because of natural cataclysms. Changes happened in Earth’s crust, and ground went down. Underground waters escaped outside, and the size of the oceans increased. Now, when almost all the land went underwater, humanity is living a humble life, dependent on forgotten technologies and destroyed cities.
And during such era, in “League of the Far-Eastern Cities,” located on Japanese archipelago, a young man has arrived.
His name – Shinonome Kazuma.
He came here in search of his mother and sister (Shinonome Rikki and Shinonome Idzaye), but instead was forced to fight with monsters, deformed under the influence of the new climate.
Gigantic monsters, towers piercing the sky, and twelve crowned races.
What is this million of crowns, whom using sheer power surpass humanity’s wisdom?
